Not long after the first refugees arrived, Sasha began to hear rumors that a strange new international organization had set up a high-powered telescopic array and a laboratory on the flank of one of her country's highest mountains. The Galactic Citizens Federation, the organization was called, and many people seemed to fear it and what it stood for.

As the years had spun away, his dream had begun to fade as the reality of the dying Planet became more and more apparent. However, he'd always believed in options, and that there was always an escape route. After all, he'd proven that to himself many times in his adventures!
